Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Assistant at Aegean Link located in Asprópirgos. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational tasks, analyzing data, ensuring effective communication, overseeing operations, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Operations and Operations Management skills
- Analytical Skills
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excel Knowledge is Mandatory
- Italian is a plus
