Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and monitor end-to-end development projects, tracking KPIs and ensuring that
sales and marketing objectives are met.
• Qualify leads and identify sales and marketing opportunities with potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, guiding them through the sales pipeline.
• Close deals and drive the company’s revenue growth.
• Analyze competitors' products, offers, and marketing campaigns to generate insights and recommend actions.
• Actively generate new leads through prospecting, social media engagement and networking.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, sales and product development or customer segmentation within the energy or
services industries.
• Exposure to retail marketing and familiarity with promotional activities and communications.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to derive business-oriented, data-driven conclusions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
• Knowledge of social media platforms is highly advantageous.
