Sales Associate

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Associate to be responsible for sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales and growing existing Accounts.

Sales Associate responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to customers to demonstrate our services and products, we would like to meet you.

Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

· On the field engagement: Dive into the worlds of existing customers and new prospects, evaluating and showcasing Triad’s unique and specialized offerings

· Pipeline & Opportunity Development: Use your knowledge and skills to uncover exciting opportunities, actively connecting with potential clients

· Impactful Presentations: Conduct demonstrations that showcase the immense value and numerous benefits of our products and solutions.

· Closing Mastery: Expertly close sales deals, ensuring that Triad's unique value and competitive advantages are clearly understood and embraced

· Reporting: Create frequent reviews and reports with sales forecast and financial data

· Collaboration: Collaborate with all Departments to ensure adequate stock in relation to the forecast and smooth handover from Sales to Delivery.

· Relationship building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ business challenges and recommending appropriate solutions

· Awareness: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and other networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads

Requirements:

· Proven work experience at Sales handling B2B sales.

· A degree on Electrical or Mechanical engineering or relevant experience

· Experience in Maritime business is considered a big plus

· Fluency in English

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office

· Hands-on experience with CRM software is also a plus

· Familiarity with inventory procedures

· Solid communication and interpersonal skills

· A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus

· Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner

· Fast learner and passionate for sales

· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
