As we expand our operations, we seek a motivated and skilled Junior IT Specialist to join our dynamic team, provide essential support within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft applications and environment, be proficient in computer setup, and user support.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft Applications and Environment

- Manage and maintain Microsoft Office 365 and related applications.

- Support users with Microsoft Windows operating systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.

- Assist in the administration of Microsoft OneDrive and Exchange.

Computer Setup

- Perform hardware and software installations, configurations, and upgrades.

- Set up new user accounts and workstations.

- Ensure all IT equipment is functioning correctly and efficiently.

User Support

- Provide first-level technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.

- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and other IT-related issues.

Qualifications

- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows operating systems, and basic network configurations.

- Hands-on experience with computer hardware setup and troubleshooting.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
