Livin is a start-up company operating in London and Athens which started her operations in the first half of 2019 and is active in the real estate sector and more specifically in the second hand market (renovations - energy upgrades - furnishing and sales) and also in properties for short stay rentals in Athens city center. The idea behind the creation of the company was the existing gap in the professionalism and the quality of the services offered at the second hand market. Moreover, the lack of confidence that buyers have in what salespeople are saying, as well as the difficulties that individuals find in the renovations, where also something which inspired us to get involved with this niche market. We provide a complete package of integrated services enabling our customers to buy an excellent renovated second hand property looking like new, full of luxury, inspiring security, energy upgraded, a “smart home” and even more. Currently, the company is active in the north and south suburbs of Athens as well as in North-East London. Our goal is to manage 12-18 real estate assets within this year and double them on 2025. In the sector of short stay rentals rigth now we have a portfolio of 8 short stay rentals in high end level in the city center of Athens Greece and our goal is to double size our portfolio in the next 2 years.
