We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead our fiber optic infrastructure projects.

Job Description: Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for the control and coordination of fiber optic infrastructure projects. Key duties include awarding contracts, supervising construction, handling billing and documentation, and planning and managing fiber optic networks. This includes carrying out and interpreting final measurements and measurement results.

The role also involves order processing and coordination of projects with both internal and external partners, preparing project costings, accounting, post-costing, and project documentation. The Project Manager will prepare tenders, implement planning, and handle route finding and planning. Continuous schedule and cost monitoring, quality assurance, and interfacing with clients, authorities, and the internal purchasing department are essential components of the job. Additionally, the Project Manager will participate in project and construction meetings, manage the project team to maintain discipline, motivation, and working spirit, and be responsible for achieving project targets set by management.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in project management within the telecommunications sector, including FTTH and fiber optics

• Knowledge in the field, including basic CAD knowledge

• Proficiency in Greek and English, both written and spoken

• Strong compliance and teamwork skills

• Willingness to work extended hours and travel as needed

• Excellent communication skills, teamwork sense, and strong organization and coordination abilities

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
