Oikos Property Developments is a fast-growing company that operates in realestate. Our mission is to improve our customers’ experience to maximum. For this purpose, we would like to include in our team an Architecture Engineer for permanent occupation.

Your tasks:

• Participation in the design and construction of building projects

• Preparation of architectural studies for projects (new constructions,change of use, small scale permit), including architectural drawings, material specifications and construction methods

• Preparation of documents and submission for Town Planning / Building

Permit (new buildings, change of use, small scale permit)

• Taking all necessary actions to obtain licenses from competent bodies.

• Electronic Building Identity

• Legalization of arbitrary buildings under law 4495 / 2017

• Epc issuance

• Collaborate with engineers, painters, and builders to further understand how interior space should function, appear, and be furnished

• Produce and present design proposals. These are to include detailed floor plans and all proposed items

• Negotiate fees, determine timelines and project costs and present accurate estimates to clients

• Source materials and products included in plans, adhering to project and budget specifications

• Supervise work progress and oversee the installation of materials and other design elements

• Ensure client satisfaction by visiting the project on completion; resolve any complaints or concerns

• Maintain current knowledge of trends and materials, techniques, and other developments in interior design

• Generate inspirational designs from customer requirements using computer assisted design technology

• Create detailed financial proposals

Your Profile:

• University degree in Architecture

• Knowledge of urban planning and building legislation

• Excellent knowledge of computers and Autocad, 2d - 3d design

• Excellent knowledge of English and Office

• Ability to work under pressure and manage simultaneous projects

• Ability to communicate interpersonally, collaborate and industriously
